Our Clinic Patient Process Flow

From your initial visit to ongoing care, here's a detailed look at your journey with us. We've designed every step for your comfort and clarity.

DAY 1: Patient Intake & Initial Consultation

Step 1: Arrival & Check-In

Patient arrives for their first appointment.
Maria (Front Desk) checks them in.

Step 2: Initial Discovery Consultation

Patient meets with Sarah (Patient Consultant).
Sarah explains clinic services, available treatment packages, pricing, and answers general questions.
Patient is given a printed sheet with package options.

Step 3: Blood Work Setup

Sarah explains that the first step is bloodwork.
Patient can opt into a monthly or annual membership that covers:
- Required blood draws
- Admin fees
- Ongoing access to care

Step 4: Blood Draw

Patient pays for the membership.
Blood is drawn in-house by a nurse.
Patient is scheduled for a follow-up appointment before leaving.

LAB/CLINICAL BACK-END (Same Day or Next Day)

Step 5: Lab Processing

Blood samples are sent to LabCorp, Quest, or similar.
Results are returned within 24 hours.

Step 6: Lab Analysis

Tammy (NP-C) reviews the lab results.
Option A: Tammy directly conducts the evaluation and notes treatment options.
Option B: Michael does a preliminary review and sends a summary to Tammy for sign-off.

DAY 2: Results Review & Final Consultation

Step 7: Follow-Up Visit

Patient returns to the office for their scheduled appointment.
Maria checks them in again.

Step 8: Intake & History

Sarah brings the patient in and completes medical history, forms, and any additional prep work.

Step 9: Clinical Consult

Michael meets with the patient to:
- Review lab results
- Re-explain treatment options
- Answer questions
- Confirm patient decision on treatment package

Step 10: Initiation of Treatment

If patient chooses a common protocol (e.g. TRT):
- In-house nurse administers first dose immediately.
If patient selects a custom or less common treatment:
- Prescription is ordered.
- Patient is scheduled for an additional follow-up visit once medication is ready.

DAY 3+ (If Needed): Follow-Up Administration

Step 11: Return Visit for Special Protocols

Patient returns once prescribed meds arrive.
Nurse administers the protocol.
Ongoing care begins based on package chosen.
